LIXIL Celebrates A&D industry Excellence at the World Architecture Festival 2022

For the fifteenth year running, LIXIL is pleased to support the World Architecture Festival with the magnificent GROHE Pavilion and on the digital GROHE X platform.



Through its GROHE power brand, LIXIL, a manufacturer of innovative water and housing solutions is delighted to participate in the World Architecture Festival 2022 (WAF) and recognize industry excellence in Lisbon, Portugal.


The WAF is the most significant international event that honors the top architects and designers (A&D), thought leaders, and honors in the field.


After a three-year break, the WAF returns with the theme "Together" this year. The international A&D community is getting back in touch with one another and thinking about how architecture is coping with the rebirth of social life after the pandemic and in light of pledges to halt climate change.


Over 1,500 people attended the festival this year, and there were over 800 entries for the WAF and INSIDE prizes. 15 of the 43 category winners, six from China and Australia, one from India and New Zealand, were from Asia and Australasia.


Since the start of WAF in 2008, GROHE has provided support. As a founding partner, GROHE, a top global brand for complete bathroom and kitchen solutions, represent the particular part that water plays in the design field and aids in the development of cutting-edge architectural visions and approaches that revolve around the element of water.


Through an upcoming People, Places, and Events series featuring top A&D's, which captures pure experience and emotions in and around WAF 2022, the online GROHE X platform will also delve further into the exquisite design, creative sustainability, and everything trendy.
