The Vision

All projects start with a vision that must be handled delicately before it’s built into reality. This is where Angeles + Ciocon (A+C) Design Consultancy made it their vow to provide the best service with unique and functional design concepts.

The Founders

Established in 2019, A+C Design consultancy was built through the partnership between Ar. Aaron Angeles and Ar. Bea Shannel Ciocon. They offer a wide range of services from architectural and interior designs to 3D modeling, rendering and animation. These are exactly the tools one needs to help a client build their vision from the ground up.

The innovative solutions they provide allow them to partner not just with homeowners but also with fellow designers and architects in the field.

The Projects

DK Residence

Two of their notable projects include the DK Residence and the AC Residence Projects. Sitting in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, the DK Residence is a 344 sq. m. corner lot located in an exclusive subdivision with a 500 sq. m, total floor area.

This three-story house is comprised of 3 carports, 5 bedrooms, a home lift, a high-ceiling living area, dining area, kitchen, auxiliary kitchen, laundry area, storage/pantry room, maid’s room with T&B, en suite walk-in closet with T&B, 2 powder room, home entertainment/movie room.

Besides these essentials, it also has a mini gym, roof deck bar, Jacuzzi area, lanai, and garden. Its wide range of amenities is mostly due to the client’s large family of six. This is why every expectation and need of each household member needed to be balanced.

The home boasts an Asian Contemporary design concept featuring a three façade house design that allowed for a maximized floor area of this corner lot. The use of natural materials such as stone, wood, and glass with a blend of modern lines and shapes gave this corner lot a unique and unified aesthetic.

The house is strategically designed to be climate-responsive and future-proof by capturing the maximum light and ventilation with the use of large windows and sliding doors that best fit the lot location while capturing the view of the hills of Laguna.

To help innovate the building’s energy systems and privacy features, the DK residence also contains advanced technological features such as solar panel, CCTV, and smart home automation systems incorporated in the design.

AC Residence The Heritage, Meycauayan Bulacan

AC Residence

Their second project is relatively smaller but optimized for its household members. The AC residence sits at Meycauayan, Bulacan around a 120 sq. m. regular lot located in an exclusive subdivision, with 145 sq. m. total floor area.

It comprised 2 carports, a modest garden space, three bedrooms, and a master bedroom with an ensuite walk-in closet. Besides the communal area of a living room and dining kitchen, it also houses an office area for the clients’ work-from-home needs.

The AC Residence home is for a work-at-home young couple, designed with a Modern Minimalist design concept with clean and simple lines with a twist giving it a unique and character aesthetic.

Modern materials and building systems are incorporated into the design with Exposed Steel Columns and beams used, wood, glass, and concrete are the major material elements used in the design.

Large windows and lightwells are used to maximize light and ventilation that enter the living spaces creating the ambiance and feel of having not only more space but also more breathable space.
