Architect John Ian Lee Fulgar studied at the University of the Philippines College of Architecture and gained experience working with diversified LEED and Greenmark mixed development mega-projects with worldwide industry consultants such as Skidmore Owings & Merrill of New York, Arup, Meinhardt, Cicada, Wilson Associates, and Davis Langdon & Seah. He is the principal architect of Fulgar Architects, an architectural, engineering, and technology studio in the Philippines helping real estate developers, property owners, and business enterprises plan and design unique and future ideas for hotels, resorts, museums, office and condominium towers, commercial and mixed-use township developments with a flavor for the meta-modern in the next Philippine architecture.
